How Diprolene Affects PatientsCorticosteroids bind to special receptors in the body that help reduce inflammation. They are often prescribed in doses higher than what the body would normally produce. Patients taking corticosteroids long-term should be aware of the risks of suppressed hormones and a weakened immune system, which can increase the risk of infection.
How Diprolene works in the bodyGlucocorticoids like betamethasone work in two ways to reduce inflammation. The first is by blocking molecules responsible for inflammation and promoting molecules which reduce it. The second is by activating receptors on cells like T-cells, platelets, and monocytes which decrease inflammation quickly.

I've been battling scabies for a while now, and I have to say that this treatment hasn't been working at all.
