8/7/2011 This medication has been a godsend for me. I'm 20 years old and have neuropathy as a result of diabetes. My doctor says that due to the neuropathy, I am unable to relax my bladder in order to empty it, resulting in having to go every 2 hours, 24/7. The bad side-effects are dry mouth, throat, eyes & not being able to speak in the morning for 3 hours. However, drinking more water helps & taking every other day keeps the non-speaking days away. Still continues to work & I can finally get some sleep!

2/18/2012 After my radiation treatment for colon cancer, I had a lot of trouble going to the bathroom. This led to kidney problems and near failure. Flomax helped with the swelling, but then I was wetting myself all the time because I couldn't control my urine flow. Sanctura has helped with that, but now I have no muscle control at all when I urinate.

12/19/2012 Sanctura XR has helped me a lot. I no longer have to worry about accidents in public places. The downside is that it doesn't work all the time, and when it stops working I have to go off of it for a while. Dry mouth gets better over time, but my nose dries out. The side effects are much better than the symptoms, so I'll take it.
