Estradiol Valerate is used to treat symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood changes, irregular menstrual cycles, chills, and sleeping problems. How Delestrogen Affects PatientsEstrogen has many effects throughout the body, and works by binding to two types of receptors: Estrogen Receptor Alpha (ERα) and Estrogen Receptor Beta (ERβ). It also binds to a G Protein-coupled Estrogen Receptor (GPER), which is important in the quick action of estrogen. Estrogen is found in many areas of the body, such as the breasts, uterus, ovaries, skin, prostate, bone, fat, and brain.
How Delestrogen works in the bodyEstradiol is a hormone found in the body, especially in women. When it enters cells, it binds to a receptor and enters the nucleus. It then interacts with genes and forms molecules that affect the cell. It can also increase the production of certain proteins in the body and lower levels of another hormone. All of this helps to reduce the symptoms of menopause, which are caused by a lack of estradiol.

I've been using this medication for three months now and I really like it. It's easy to use, which is great for me because I have trouble remembering to take pills. I'm just waiting for my breasts to stop hurting and swelling. Does anyone know how long that will take?

I had to have a full Hysterectomy when I was 31yrs old. Doctors tried me on Premarin pills but they gave me terrible Migraine headaches every day. The Doctor then switched me to the Delestrogen shots once a month. I have been on them for over 30yrs with no side effects. Now the Pharmacist in my town says you can't buy it anymore! What are you suppose to do when nothing else works. Why fix something that isn't broken??? I swear by this medicine..

The delestrogen I have been taking has made me happy in all ways.I have been very satisfied. I am a transgender while taken this I have seen my breasts enlarge along with the nipples and tenderness while using this drug. I would recommend it to all transgender people. I feel so much better about myself.
