This trial will study the feasibility & acceptability of a psychosocial symptom management intervention for AYAs with advanced cancer. It will combine traditional & modern approaches to address physical & psychological symptoms, symptom interference, self-efficacy & values.

- I am a caregiver for someone with cognitive impairment.I have hearing loss.I am between 15 and 29 years old.I am a caregiver for someone with hearing loss.I am a caregiver for someone with visual impairment.I am 18 years old or older and a caregiver.My cancer is advanced or has come back.I have trouble seeing.
- Group 1: Education Control Arm
- Group 2: Symptom Management for Improved Physical and Emotional Wellbeing (SMILE)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
