To qualify, candidates must not be married or in committed relationships and have experienced an unwanted sexual encounter at some point in their life. Furthermore, they need to report drinking at least three alcoholic beverages per week over the past six months, as well as engaging in heavy episodic drinking (defined as four drinks or more on one occasion) during that time period; additionally participants should disclose any SRB activities - such ass multiple/casual partners or inconsistent condom use within the previous 6 months - that they may have engaged in.
