This trial tests a nurse-led intervention to help improve quality of life for people living with Alzheimer's and their caregivers, and to make them safer in the community.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for adults over 18 with Alzheimer's or suspected Alzheimer's (FAST score < 4), who can read and speak English. It includes non-paid caregivers providing care to someone with Alzheimer's. Those unable to consent or unwilling to participate are excluded.Check my eligibility
