What is the purpose of this trial?
This study will examine the safety and preliminary efficacy of psilocybin mushrooms to treat adults with PTSD. Up to 24 participants will take part in this study. Each participant will ingest psilocybin from dried mushrooms in a chocolate formulation.
Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

My kidney function is good.
My liver is functioning well, with enzymes not exceeding 1.5 times the upper limit.
Willing and able to provide signed informed consent and comply with study requirements

My blood pressure is not controlled by medication.
I have had a seizure recently.
I have had a stroke or a transient ischemic attack.
