The goal of this clinical trial is to test the impact inhalers have on blood vessels in young healthy individuals. The main question it aims to answer is if long term use of asthma inhalers have any effect on the blood vessels and heart. Participants will be asked to: * Perform lung function and exercise tests * Have ultrasound images taken of the artery in their arm * Use an inhaler for 4 weeks * Visit the lab for testing on 4-6 different occasions Researchers will compare two different inhalers (Ventolin and Symbicort) with a placebo to see if the inhalers have any effect on the blood vessels over the 4 week period.

When a baby is born with a low heart rate or no heart rate, the clinical team must provide breathing support and chest compressions (what is call cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR). In some situations, the clinical team also need to give medications to help the heart rate increase. During CPR, the most common medication given is called epinephrine. There is another medication called vasopressin that is available that could be beneficial to newborn babies. However, no study has compared epinephrine with vasopressin in the delivery room during neonatal CPR. The current study will be the first trial comparing this two medications during neonatal CPR. The investigators will randomize our hospital to either epinephrine or vasopressin for the duration of one year. Babies will either receive CPR with epinephrine (this will be the control group) or CPR with vasopressin ( this will be the intervention group). The investigators believe that vasopressin may be more helpful to babies with a low heartrate or no heart rate at birth.

It is unknown whether passive myofunctional appliances can be used for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea and snoring, nor how to select the appropriate size per individual patient. Exploring the possibility of using passive myofunctional appliances as a treatment option for patients with mild obstructive sleep apnea and/or snoring should be considered, especially as the time to fabricate and deliver custom designed dental sleep appliances can be significant (sometimes over a month). Use of passive myofunctional appliances as a transitional appliance or potentially as direct treatment for obstructive sleep apnea may significantly decrease time to treatment and also provide a less expensive treatment option for patients with obstructive sleep apnea. The purpose of this study is to determine whether passive myofunctional appliances can be used as a treatment option for patients suffering from snoring and mild obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

This study will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and clinical activity of belantamab mafodotin in combination with Velcade (bortezomib), Revlimid (lenalidomide), dexamethasone (VRd) and will determine recommended phase 3 dose (RP3D) in adult participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). Participants will receive the combination of bortezomib, lenalidomide and dexamethasone (VRd) on a 3-week cycle until cycle 8, followed by the combination of lenalidomide and dexamethasone (Rd) on a 4-week cycle thereafter as per dosing schedule. Participants will receive belantamab mafodotin on a schedule that is dependent on the cohort to which they are assigned. Belantamab mafodotin will be administered in combination with VRd every 3 weeks (Q3W), every 6 weeks (Q6W), or every 9 weeks (Q9W) to Cycle 8, and then in combination with Rd every 4 weeks (Q4W), every 8 weeks (Q8W), or every 12 weeks (Q12W) thereafter. Participants will complete an End of Treatment (EOT) visit at the point of study treatment discontinuation, followed by a Safety Follow-up visit 70 days after EOT.

The main aim of this study is to understand how moderate and severe liver impairment (based on the Child-Pugh classification) affects the body's processing of a single dose of 10 mg maximum of palovarotene, compared to healthy participants with normal liver function. Bioactive peptides derived from food proteins show potential for improving human health. One of such promising peptides is namely IRW made from egg white hydrolysate and composed of three peptides. This is a feasibility study to assess the acute effect of IRW in egg white hydrolysate for the management of high sugar and blood pressure. This study is researching an experimental drug called ALN-SOD (called "study drug"). This study is focused on people with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) caused by a change in a gene called the superoxide dismutase-1 (SOD1) gene. This type of ALS is known as "SOD1-ALS".
