Abatacept

This Trial tests if abatacept can reduce serious heart problems in patients with heart inflammation caused by cancer treatments. Abatacept calms the immune system by preventing certain immune cells from becoming fully active, reducing inflammation and damage. Abatacept has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, with or without methotrexate.

Telisotuzumab Vedotin vs. Docetaxel

for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This trial is testing a new drug called telisotuzumab vedotin to see if it can treat a specific type of lung cancer better than an existing drug. The study focuses on adults whose lung cancer has not responded to previous treatments. The new drug targets and kills cancer cells by attaching to a specific protein on their surface.

Tarlatamab

for Neuroendocrine Tumors

This study is being done to learn more about the drug tarlatamab in people with your condition. The purpose of this study is to see the efficacy (how well something works) of study treatment (tarlatamab) and whether it causes any side effects. Tarlatamab is being developed as an anti-cancer drug for tumors and is FDA-approved for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. Tarlatamab is investigational for the purpose of this study.
