- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 22 and 30, which is considered a healthy weight range.My bone density test shows a score lower than -2.0 in my hip or spine.I am a healthy adult between 25 and 45 years old and not pregnant.You have a history of drug or alcohol abuse within the past 2 years, except for up to 14 drinks per week.I take medication daily for a long-term health condition.I have asthma or sleep apnea.I have needed treatment for cancer other than non-melanoma skin cancer in the last 5 years.You have been smoking, vaping, or using tobacco products in the last 6 months.I work night shifts more than once a week or will travel across more than 2 time zones soon.I have had surgery for weight loss, or have conditions affecting my weight/body.You have a history or signs of a serious long-term health condition that affects your metabolism, blood, lungs, heart, digestion, brain, immune system, liver, kidneys, urinary system, sleep, reproductive system, or any other condition that the doctor thinks is not normal or healthy.You have had an eating disorder in the past 5 years.You follow unconventional eating patterns like being vegan, paleo, or practicing fasting. You also have a shorter eating duration of less than 11 hours per day.
- Group 1: ad libitum Control

- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
