What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

The primary objective is to assess the safety and efficacy of the AGE Serum in improving the appearance of skin in post-menopausal subjects on HRT and non-HRT who are takingGLP-1 agonist therapy through the use of investigator assessments, subject questionnaires/assessments, photography, skin imaging, and reported adverse reactions.

Are You a Good Fit for This Trial?

Inclusion Criteria

Presence of mild to moderate signs of facial aging (e.g., fine lines, laxity, dull texture) based on modified Griffith scale

I am a woman between 45 and 65 years old.

Must be willing to sign a photography release and ICF, and complete the entire course of the study

Exclusion Criteria

I have not had ablative laser treatments on my face or neck in the past 6 months, or non-ablative laser treatments in the past 3 months.

Subjects who spray tanned or used sunless tanners in the treatment areas 1-month prior to study treatment

I have a history of connective tissue disease, Bell's Palsy, or smoking.

Timeline for a Trial Participant

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

Participants apply AGE Serum to the full face and neck twice daily

12 weeks

Visits at Week 6 and Week 12

Participants are monitored for safety and effectiveness after treatment

Group I: Group A= On GLP1 plus HRT Active Control 1 Intervention

Enrolled subjects will receive AGE Serum.

Group II: Group B= On GLP1 Only Placebo Group 1 Intervention
