Inclusion Criteria

I am a nurse resident working in a hospital at AdventHealth.
* Able to speak, read, and understand English
* Able to provide informed consent

Timeline for a Trial Participant

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

2-4 weeks

Educational Workshop Series

Participants engage in a 5-month educational workshop series focusing on mindfulness, emotional agility, and other skills

5 months
Monthly workshops

Follow-up

Participants are monitored for psychological and occupational well-being, and work readiness

6 months
Assessments at 8-month and 11-month

Long-term Follow-up

Verification of participant's employment status at 12, 18, and 24 months

12 months
