Effectiveness

How Minastrin 24 Fe Affects PatientsNorethisterone is a type of pill taken orally that is used for contraception or to treat other hormone-related issues. It works similarly to the hormone progesterone but with a higher strength. Norethisterone affects the pelvic area to alter cervical and endometrial function, as well as by stopping hormones in the pituitary gland that are involved with egg maturation and ovulation. There is a small chance of developing breast cancer when taking norethisterone, so it is important to be aware of this risk and do regular breast self-examinations.
How Minastrin 24 Fe works in the bodyNorethisterone is a hormone that works in many ways. It thickens cervical mucus to prevent sperm from passing through, and it changes the endometrium so that eggs can’t implant. It also works to suppress the release of hormones from the hypothalamus and pituitary, which stops ovulation and development of the corpus luteum. When used as part of hormone replacement therapy, it helps to protect against endometrial hyperplasia, which can lead to an increased risk of cancer. Norethisterone has a low affinity for other hormone receptors, but it is thought to contribute to some adverse

Minastrin 24 Fe for Birth Control
I've been using this birth control pill for two months now and it's been great! I haven't experienced any negative side effects like weight gain, acne, headaches, or mood changes. My periods are also much lighter now with only mild cramping.

Minastrin 24 Fe for Birth Control
It's important to remember that different people will react differently to medication, even birth control pills. I've been taking minastrin for years (starting with loestrin) and have never had any issues: no weight gain, acne, increased anxiety or depression, etc. And obviously, no pregnancies! So if you're struggling to find the right pill for you, hang in there and listen to your doctor.

Minastrin 24 Fe for Birth Control
I've been on this pill for two years now, and it's worked great for me. The only downside is that my sex drive has decreased, but that doesn't bother me too much. I would highly recommend this pill to anyone looking for a reliable form of birth control.

Minastrin 24 Fe for Abnormally Long or Heavy Periods
I experienced some initial mood swings and breast tenderness when starting this pill, but it all evened out within a few months. My acne cleared up completely, which was amazing. My periods were always on time and relatively short, with moderate bleeding compared to what I was used to. I loved this medication and took it every day at 9pm, but if I missed a dose I would start bleeding the next morning and bleed for a week straight. So definitely don't miss a dose!

Minastrin 24 Fe for Birth Control
I'm in my late thirties and I've been taking this for three months now. I'm really enjoying the benefits it provides; however, I have noticed a decrease in libido and appetite. It hasn't caused any weight loss yet, but my period does seem to last a couple days longer when I'm on the pill.

Minastrin 24 Fe for Birth Control
I've been on this pill for about a month now. I started taking it because my other birth control prescription had run out and I switched doctors. So far, the worst side effect has been constant bloating, which is very uncomfortable. Hopefully these side effects will go away by month 3.

Minastrin 24 Fe for Abnormal Bleeding from the Uterus
I started taking this medication to help with heavy periods before an upcoming vacation. It was great in that I didn't have any period while on the trip. However, when I returned home I began having blood clots which landed me in the hospital. Please be aware of the signs and symptoms of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Pulmonary Embolism (PE) if you are on any type of birth control.

Minastrin 24 Fe for Birth Control
About three months after starting to take Minastrin, I developed serious depression and mood swings. I would cry uncontrollably for no reason, and it also caused me to break out in acne. This drug is not worth the mental toll it takes on you, or the risk it poses to your relationships.

I took this birth control after I had my daughter and began to experience shortness of breath. Later, I found out that I had blood clots in my lungs-- a direct result of the medication, according to my doctor. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend it.
