How Glycolax Affects PatientsPEG 3350 is a laxative that causes watery diarrhea. Effects usually start 1-2 hours after taking it. It took a little over two weeks for this medication to work for my son, but it did eventually help with his constipation. We had to use it daily for seven months. The measuring cup they provided didn't have low enough measurements, so I had to get instructions on how to measure the correct amount in grams.

This product has been a godsend for me. I have diverticulosis, which previously resulted in me having to use the bathroom 5-7 times a day with cramping. This product has evened out my bowels and eliminated the cramping, allowing me to live a much more normal life.
