This randomized phase II trial studies how well cisplatin works with or without veliparib in treating patients with triple-negative breast cancer and/or BRCA mutation-associated breast cancer that has come back (recurrent) or has or has not spread to the brain (brain metastases). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. PARPs are proteins that help repair DNA mutations. PARP inhibitors, such as veliparib, can keep PARP from working, so tumor cells can't repair themselves, and they may stop growing. It is not yet known if cisplatin is more effective with or without veliparib in treating patients with triple-negative and/or BRCA mutation-associated breast cancer.

This is a parallel group, Phase 3, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 3-arm study for treatment of participants diagnosed with moderate-to-severe AD on background TCS who have had inadequate response to prior biologic or oral JAKi therapy. The purpose of this study is to measure the efficacy and safety of treatment with amlitelimab solution for subcutaneous (SC) injection compared with placebo in participants with moderate-to-severe AD aged 12 years and older on background TCS and have had an inadequate response to prior biologic or an oral JAKi therapy. Study details include: At the end of the treatment period, participants will have the option to enter the Long-Term Safety Study LTS17367 (RIVER-AD). The study duration will be up to 56 weeks for participants not entering the long-term safety study (LTS17367 \[RIVER-AD\]) including a 2 to 4-week screening, a 36-week randomized double-blind period, and a 16-week safety follow-up. This is an open-label study to be conducted in adults with hypertriglyceridemia (HTG) and severe hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG). Each participant must have completed all required visits per protocol in the parent study AROAPOC3-2003 (USA and Canada participants only; NCT# 05413135), AROAPOC3-3001(Canada and Japan participants only; NCT05089084), AROAPOC3-3003 (NCT06347003), AROAPOC3-3004 (NCT06347016) or AROAPOC3-3009 (Argentina, Italy, South Africa, and Spain; NCT06347133). Subjects who previously met all eligibility requirements for AROAPOC3-3003 or AROAPOC3-3004 and were not permitted to proceed to randomization per the Sponsor's direction in order to prevent excessive over-enrollment may also be enrolled in this trial. The subjects must meet all other applicable eligibility criteria prior to enrollment and have an HbA1c results of \<=10% within 30 days prior to Day 1. Subjects entering this OLE from AROAPOC3-2003 must meet the following additional criteria to be considered for enrollment in addition to applicable eligibility criteria: 1. HbA1c ≤10% within 30 days prior to Day 1 2. Completed AROAPOC3-2001 prior to entry into AROAPOC3-2003 AND fulfill either (c) or (d) 3. Baseline fasting TG level of ≥500 mg/dL and prior history of acute pancreatitis at the time of enrollment into AROAPOC3-2001 4. Atogepant for Migraine

Migraine is a disease that most often causes moderate to severe headache on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. The goals of the study are to evaluate adverse events and how well treatment of atogepant works compared to placebo (looks like the study treatment but contains no medicine) in preventing chronic migraine in participants between 12 and 17 years of age. Atogepant is a medicine currently approved in the United States and Europe for the preventive treatment of migraine in adult patients with migraine and is being studied for the preventative treatment of chronic migraine in participants between the ages of 12 and 17 years. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to be treated with either atogepant or placebo. This study is double-blinded, which means that neither the patients nor the study doctors know who is given which study treatment. Approximately 420 participants 12 to 17 years of age with chronic migraine will be enrolled at approximately 70 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral tablets of atogepant or placebo once daily for 12 weeks and will be followed for 4 weeks. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and the effects of treatment will be checked by completion of a daily diary, medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects, and completing questionnaires.

Participants include men and women ≥ 40 years of age with T2DM, established CV disease, a history of HTN with an SBP of at least 130 mmHg at screening, who meet the predefined serum potassium level, and with at least one additional risk factor for HF. The study will include an optional pre-screening period to facilitate sites' identification of potentially eligible participants to enter the full screening assessments. Participants will not be required to visit the site and no informed consent is required for the optional pre-screening period. The pre-screening assessments do not replace the full screening tests at Visit 1. Upon entering the screening period, all consented participants (after signature of screening ICF) will be screened during an up to 14-day screening period. Participants who meet all screening inclusion/exclusion criteria but are not treated with SGLT2i or are treated for less than 4 weeks will enter a run-in period with dapagliflozin 10 mg once daily for at least 4 weeks (and not more than 6 weeks) before randomisation. Site visits will take place at approximately 2-, 4-, 8-, 16-, and 34-weeks following randomisation. Thereafter visits will occur approximately every 4 months. The study closure procedures will be initiated when the predetermined number of the first secondary endpoint events (ie, the composite of hospitalisation for HF or CV death) is predicted to have occurred i.e., the PACD. In case of premature discontinuation of the blinded study intervention, participants will remain in the study. Unless a participant meets the dapagliflozin specific discontinuation criteria, they will continue to receive open label dapagliflozin 10 mg. It is important that the scheduled study visits and data collection continue according to the study protocol.
