      Weight Loss Intervention for Breast Cancer Recurrence Prevention

      Targeted Therapies for Crohn's Disease

      Johnson City, Tennessee
      Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most frequently affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including belly pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. Treatments are available but do not work the same for all patients or may stop working over time. This study will evaluate the effectiveness and adverse events of targeted therapies (TaTs) for adult participants with moderate to severe CD. The medicines assessed in this study are risankizumab, ABBV-382 and lutikizumab. When participants join the study, they will be randomized into available study treatment groups. Adult participants with CD will be enrolled. Around 500 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 300 sites worldwide. Risankizumab and ABBV-382 are given as an injection under the skin or as an infusion into the vein. Lutikizumab is given as an injection under the skin. Each group includes a 12-week induction period, a 12-week maintenance period, and an optional long-term extension period where medication will be given after the maintenance period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care treatment without participating in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, endoscopies, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires and a daily diary.

      This randomized phase II trial studies how well abiraterone acetate and antiandrogen therapy, with or without cabazitaxel and prednisone, work in treating patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer previously treated with docetaxel that has spread to other parts of the body. Androgens can cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Hormone therapy using abiraterone acetate and antiandrogen therapy may fight prostate cancer by lowering and/or blocking the use of androgens by the tumor cells. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cabazitaxel and prednisone, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.       Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy for Dizziness from Concussion

      Mountain Home, Tennessee
      The goal of this clinical trial is to compare outcomes for standard vestibular rehabilitation home program to a digital vestibular rehabilitation home program in adults with dizziness related to mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). The main question is whether participants who use the digital format of vestibular rehabilitation improve to a greater extent at discharge than those who use the standard format. Participants will undergo a customized vestibular rehabilitation home exercise program per standard of care, consisting of gaze stabilization, habituation, balance and gait exercises, and endurance training under the supervision of a physical therapist. Participants will complete the gaze stabilization and habituation exercises 2-3 times per day and the balance and gait exercises 1 time per day for 4 weeks. Participants will be tested before and after the 4-week intervention. At the initial session, the researcher will perform standard clinical tests of the inner ear balance system. Also at the initial session, the researcher will perform standard clinical tests of balance and walking and questionnaires about the impact of dizziness on daily activities. At the final session, the researcher will repeat the tests of balance and walking and questionnaires. Three months after completing the intervention participants will complete an online questionnaire about the impact of dizziness on daily activities.
