      ABBV-400 vs Standard Treatment for Colorectal Cancer

      Chapel Hill, North Carolina
      Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide and in China. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events disease activity when comparing intravenously (IV) infused telisotuzumab adizutecan to trifluridine and tipiracil (LONSURF) oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab in adult participants with c-Met protein above cutoff level refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of CRC. Participants are put into treatment arms as part of 2 stages. Each treatment arm in stage 1 receives a different dose of telisotuzumab adizutecan. Each treatment arm in stage 2 receives the optimal dose of telisotuzumab adizutecan or LONSURF plus bevacizumab. Up to approximately 460 adult participants with c-Met protein above cutoff level refractory mCRC, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 160 sites in 15-20 countries. In stage 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused telisotuzumab adizutecan dose A or B. In stage 2, participants will receive the optimal dose of IV infused telisotuzumab adizutecan or the standard of care (SOC), LONSURF oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab. The total study duration will be approximately 4 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

      Upadacitinib for Crohn's Disease

      Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most often affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. This study will assess how safe and effective oral Upadacitinib is in treating moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease in pediatric participants aged 2 to 18 years old who have had inadequate response, loss of response, intolerance, or medical contraindications to corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, and/or biologic therapy. Upadacitinib (RINVOQ) is a drug approved in adults for moderate- to severely active CD and is being developed for moderate- to severely active CD in pediatric participants. This study is conducted in 2 periods: Period 1 is comprised of two phases: a 12-week open-label induction phase which means that the study doctor and participants know that participants will receive UPA Dose-A (or the adult equivalent based on body weight) followed by a 52-week double-blind maintenance phase meaning that neither the participants nor the study doctors will know which dose of upadacitinib will be given(UPA Dose B or Dose C). Period 2 is a 156-week open-label extension of Period 1. Approximately 110 pediatric participants with moderate to severely active CD will be enrolled at approximately 92 sites worldwide. Participants will receive upadacitinib oral tablets once daily or oral solution twice daily at approximately the same time each day, with or without food. Participants will have a safety follow up for 30 days after discontinuation from any time point within the study. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular (weekly, monthly) visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

      This study will look at how much CagriSema helps people with type 2 diabetes lower their blood sugar and body weight. CagriSema is a new investigational medicine.       This is a parallel, Phase 3, 2-arm study to evaluate the efficacy and long-term safety of dupilumab treatment in children 2 to \<6 years of age with uncontrolled asthma and/or recurrent severe asthmatic wheeze. The study will be conducted in 2 parts. Part A will be a 52-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to assess the safety and efficacy of dupilumab in children aged 2 to \<6 years old with uncontrolled asthma and/or recurrent severe asthmatic wheeze.       Ritlecitinib for Vitiligo

      This study is to evaluate how safe and effective ritlecitinib is in participants with non-segmental vitiligo (NSV). Ritlecitinib is studied in patients with non-segmental vitiligo. Vitiligo is a chronic acquired depigmentation disorder characterized by well-defined pale white patches of skin. Non-segmental vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder and is the focus of this study. The study will show: * if the repigmentation (the recovery of pigmentation) achieved in study B7981040 (also called the "parent study") will stay the same or will further increase if you keep receiving the same study medicine (ritlecitinib 50 milligrams or placebo) * Or if more repigmentation can be achieved if you start receiving ritlecitinib 100 milligrams in this study * Or how long the repigmentation achieved during the parent study lasts if you start receiving placebo in this study. This study is seeking for participants who: * have non-segmental vitiligo (either active or stable) and * received ritlecitinib or placebo for 52 weeks in the parent study. A placebo looks exactly like the study capsule but does not contain any medicine in it. All participants in this study will receive the study medicine or placebo. The study medicine (ritlecitinib 50 milligrams or 100 milligrams) or placebo are capsules that are taken by mouth at home every day. On study visit days, you must take the medication at the study site, and not at home. Participants may receive the study medicine or placebo for up to 52 weeks. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help see if ritlecitinib is better for treating vitiligo. Participants will be involved in this study for a maximum of 60 weeks. During this time, they will have 9 study visits during the study. Ritlecitinib 50 mg is an approved drug for the treatment of severe Alopecia Areata (a disease with similar abnormal changes in the body functions like vitiligo) in the US, EU and Japan. China, Great Britain and other market applications are pending.

      Multiple myeloma (MM) is a cancer of the blood's plasma cells. The cancer is typically found in the bones and bone marrow (the spongy tissue inside of the bones) and can cause bone pain, fractures, infections, weaker bones, and kidney failure. Treatments are available, but MM can come back (relapsed) or may not get better (refractory) with treatment. This is a study to determine change in disease symptoms of etentamig compared to standard available therapies in adult participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) MM. Etentamig is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R MM. This study is broken into 2 Arms; Arm A and Arm B. In Arm A, participants will receive etentamig as a monotherapy. In Arm B, participants will receive the standard available therapy (SAT) identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable. Around 380 adult participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma will be enrolled at approximately 140 sites across the world. In Arm A participants will receive etentamig as an infusion into the vein in 28 day cycles, during the 3.5 year study duration. In Arm B, participants will receive the SAT identified by the Investigator during screening, in accordance with the local (or applicable) approved label, package insert, summary of product characteristics, and/or the institutional guidelines, as applicable, during the 3.5 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and questionnaires.

      Risankizumab vs Adalimumab for Juvenile Psoriatic Arthritis

      Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a type of arthritis that happens when the body's immune system attacks healthy cells and tissues causing joint pain, stiffness, and swelling. Symptoms can get worse and go away for periods of time. PsA that begins before a patient's 16th birthday is called juvenile PsA (jPsA).This study will evaluate how safe risankizumab is for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis and to assess change in disease symptoms. Risankizumab is being studied for the treatment of jPsA and adalimumab is approved for the treatment of jPsA. Participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 4 chance that participants will be assigned to receive adalimumab. Approximately 40 juvenile participants with jPsA will be enrolled at approximately 30 sites worldwide. Participants will receive risankizumab and adalimumab as subcutaneous (SC) injections based on body weight. At the start of Period 1, participants are randomized to receive risankizumab or adalimumab for 24 weeks. Participants who respond to the study treatment received in Period 1, will continue to receive the same treatment in Period 2 for another 100 weeks. Those with worsening jPsA symptoms in Period 2 will be withdrawn from the study. Participants who receive adalimumab are followed for safety for 70 days after the last study treatment. Participants who receive risankizumab are followed for 140 days after the last study treatment. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care (due to study procedures). Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires.

      Odronextamab vs Chemotherapy for Follicular Lymphoma

      This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on participants with previously untreated follicular lymphoma (a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or NHL). This study will be made up of two parts: Part 1 (non-randomized) and Part 2 (randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when given alone. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to see how the study drug works compared to rituximab (called the "comparator drug") and chemotherapy (the current standard of care for NHL). Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * How the study drug affects quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities.
