Cannabigerol for ADHD

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effects of Cannabigerol (CBG) on indicators of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in a sample of participants indicating/reporting symptoms associated with ADHD. The main question it aims to answer is: Does CBG reduce ADHD-related indicators relative to placebo? This pilot trial will explore the feasibility, acceptability, and effectiveness of the most recently approved formulation of injectable extended-release buprenorphine (XR-BUP) for treatment of opioid use disorder (OUD) in rural settings. We will randomize 144 eligible individuals with moderate to severe OUD in a 2:1 ratio to one of two medication conditions: (1) XR-BUP (128mg target), administered every 4 weeks or (2) SL-BUP (16mg-24 mg/day target).Participants will receive study medication treatment for the 14 week-intervention period, including an initial \~2-week period of induction/stabilization. The study will use a mixed-methods approach (participant assessments, study medication records, qualitative interviews) for assessing feasibility and acceptability, and results will include patient outcome data on the comparative effectiveness of XR-BUP versus SL-BUP for patients with OUD in rural settings.

The long-term goal of FRESH Delivers is to fill a critical gap in knowledge on the role of a home-based food delivery social intervention in the elimination of tobacco-caused cancer health disparities. The central hypothesis is that smokers who receive real-time video-based motivational counseling and home-based food deliveries will have greater cotinine-verified 7-day point prevalence abstinence than those who receive real-time video-based motivational counseling alone or home food delivery alone. Low-Dose Ketamine for Burns

Stress is important for health. As emergency departments (EDs) are often stressful places, a better understanding of the human stress response is important for understanding how and why patients respond as they do when they come to the ED. Since the investigators cannot take up space in the ED for research, the investigators will instead recruit 20 methamphetamine-using participants who are not currently in treatment and 10 healthy adult matched participants to a simulated ED room in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) Simulation Center. The investigators will have participants perform a stressor task involving public speaking and a simple arithmetic task. The investigators will see if this experiment can be made to be like being in an actual ED by varying what participants speak about in the task. By doing this, the investigators hope to find out several important things: 1) Is a stressor task feasible and acceptable to participants? 2) What does the stress response -- as measured by cortisol and alpha-amylase -- look like in these participants? 3) Does varying what participants talk about make the experiment seem more like an actual ED? 4) Do participants under stress show even mild symptoms of agitation as measured by clinical scales? If so, how often?

The purpose of this study is to test if treatment with tralokinumab is safe and effectful to treat moderate-to-severe atopic hand eczema. This will be judged by a range of assessments that rate the severity and extent of atopic hand eczema and its symptoms, as well as general health status and quality of life. The trial will last for up to 40 weeks. There will be up to 15 visits, 3 of which will be conducted by phone. The first part of the trial is called a screening period and will last up to 4 weeks. For the first 16 weeks after screening, trial participants will receive either tralokinumab or dummy injections every two weeks. After the first 16 weeks, all trial participants will receive tralokinumab injections every two weeks for 16 weeks. The last part of the trial is a period of 4 weeks after the end of treatment period, where trial participants are off the drug for safety follow-up.

Lack of adherence to an exercise program is a major problem for older Veterans. Several fall prevention programs fail in the home setting due to lack of adherence. Exercise adherence is dependent on brain function among other factors. Magnetic stimulation of the front part of the brain improves brain function necessary for planning and following-through. The investigators propose a three-phase study in 106 sedentary older Veterans. Everyone will be trained on use of the exergame, Nintendo Wii-Fit, that the investigators' team has found beneficial in improving balance and gait. They will be asked to exercise using Wii-Fit at home for 45 minutes daily five days/week for 12-weeks. Those that exercise less than recommended dose and those that exercise adequately but have low executive function will receive either real or sham magnetic stimulation to the front part of their brain over ten sessions paired with exercise training. All subjects will further complete 24-weeks of Wii-Fit home exercises. Adherence, executive function, balance and gait, self-efficacy, delay discounting, and falls will be measured periodically.

Substudy 02C is part of a larger research study that is testing experimental treatments for melanoma, a type of skin cancer. The larger study is the umbrella study. The goal of substudy 02C is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of investigational treatment arms in participants with Stage III melanoma who are candidates for neoadjuvant therapy to identify the investigational agent(s) that, when used in combination, are superior to the current treatment options/historical control available. Arm 1: Pembrolizumab + Vibostolimab, Arm 2: Pembrolizumab + Gebasaxturev, and Arm 3: Pembrolizumab were added in the base protocol on 13-Nov-2019, and enrollment into those arms has been completed. Arm 4: Pembrolizumab + MK-4830 was added in Amendment 04 on 20-Dec-2021, and enrollment into that arm has been completed. Arm 5: Favezelimab + Pembrolizumab and Arm 6: Pembrolizumab + all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) were added in Amendment 06 on 25-Jun-2022, and enrollment is ongoing.
