To be eligible, applicants must possess reliable transportation, the capability of standing without aid for weight measurements, an individual email address, a desire to shed pounds, a body mass index (BMI) ranging from 27-29.9 kg/m2 plus one obesity related comorbidity or BMI greater than 30 kg/m2 as well as scoring at least four out of six on Callahan cognitive screener and agreeing to adhere with visit protocols per protocol."
