- You are 18 years old or older.You received your COVID-19 vaccine (including a booster) at least two months before the trial starts.You have received all the required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.You have already received the bivalent booster shot before the day you get the text message.
- Group 1: Flu Tag Along
- Group 2: Simple Reminder
- Group 3: Covid-19 Booster + Flu Bundle
- Group 4: Holdout
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
