The 3-month yoga intervention provides instruction and practice in a variety of yoga postures and techniques that have been selected by the study yoga expert consultants for their potential to improve bladder control and safety and feasibility for the target population.
Group II: Physical Conditioning ProgramActive Control1 Intervention
The 3-month physical conditioning program provides instruction and practice in a variety of exercises and stretches that have been designed by the study physical therapist.

"The primary goal of this trial, evaluated over the span of 3 months from its Baseline, is to assess Aerobic endurance through a 2-minute step test. Additionally, Sleep disruption will be measured by tracking Participants' nocturnal awakenings after initially falling asleep and Average time spent awake after initial sleep onset via Pittsburgh Sleep Diary recordings. The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), a 10-item measure validated in probability samples of the United States with scores ranging between 0 and 40 where higher values indicate greater perceived stress levels, will also be used as an outcome metric.
