Group I: Genital Nerve StimulationExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Study participants in this arm will use take-home genital nerve stimulation for 24+ months in order to assess its effectiveness at decreasing urinary incontinence. In order to set effective genital nerve stimulation parameters, study participants will undergo clinical urodynamics every 6 months in which sensitivity to and tolerance of electrical stimulation are assessed.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are pregnant.You must be able to speak English.You must have been diagnosed with spinal cord injury, stroke or multiple sclerosis at least 6 months ago.You have open wounds on your penis.You do not have any neurological problems.You have a condition called suprasacral neurogenic bladder that occurs after a spinal cord injury, stroke, or multiple sclerosis.You have serious injury, damage, or narrowing in your urethra.
