"For this trial, 200 individuals between the ages of 18 and 60 who are deficient in vitamin d need to be recruited. To qualify for enrollment, patients must have an active tuberculosis diagnosis as confirmed by GeneXpert testing and additionally provide evidence of HIV infection via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) results from AMC's HIV clinic medical records."
