- You are at least 18 years old.\nYou have not received more than four rounds of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in the past.You have moderate tic severity or greater as evidenced by a YGTSS Total Tic Score greater than 13 (>9 for youth with motor or vocal tics only) and you are aged 18 years or older.
- Group 1: Habit Reversal Training
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
