Study Summary
This trial is comparing two different approaches for treating lateral epicondylalgia ( tennis elbow). One group will receive electric dry needling, thrust manipulation and stretching, while the other group will receive impairment-based manual therapy, exercise and ultrasound. The goal is to find out if one treatment strategy is more effective than the other.
