Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- Unable to take part in moderate to vigorous physical activity (MVPA).You regularly exercise for at least 20 minutes, at least 3 days a week.You are 18 years old or older.You cannot have an MRI because you have metal implants, a pacemaker, or are unable to lie still for the scan.You have been diagnosed with dementia using a specific test for mental disorders in older people with Down syndrome or intellectual disabilities.You have access to the internet at home.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Personal Coach
- Group 2: Remote Low
- Group 3: Remote High

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
