"This clinical trial seeks to evaluate the program adherence of patients over a period of 12 months. Secondary metrics for assessment include perceived stress (Perceived Stress Scale), sexual distress (Female Sexual Distress Scale-Revised), and cognitive functioning (Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy - Cognitive Function). All assessments use a scale range from 0 to 4, where higher scores indicate greater levels of distress or perceived abilities."
