Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- Your body mass index (BMI) is less than 35.You will undergo a surgical procedure to remove a section or part of your lung.You have received treatment before surgery to shrink a tumor.You have a history of using opioids for a long time.You cannot participate if you need to have a surgery that involves removing an entire lung.You require epidural or patient-controlled intravenous pain relief.You have early stage lung cancer or another cancer that has spread to your lungs.You have had long-term pain conditions in the past.The surgery may have complications that can be serious, such as heavy bleeding needing blood transfusion, or harm to important parts of your body like your nerves, airway, or chest wall.
