Group I: Simulation MMPIExperimental Treatment1 Intervention
Participants will be instructed to conceal current suicide risk when completing the MMPI-2-RF-EX and other measures.
Group II: Standard MMPIActive Control1 Intervention
Participants will be instructed to complete the MMPI-2-RF-EX and other measures under standard conditions (e.g., to not simulate underreporting of suicide risk).

This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have not had thoughts about or attempted to end your life in the past month.You have had thoughts of suicide or attempted suicide in the last month.You have served in the United States military.You are currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have a mental condition that prevents you from understanding and agreeing to participate in the study.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Standard MMPI
- Group 2: Simulation MMPI

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
