Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a serious medical condition that is unstable or life-threatening.You cannot speak or understand English well.You have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or schizoaffective disorder.You have a score of 13 or higher on a depression screening test called BDI-II.You have severe mental health issues that require hospitalization or raise concerns about your safety, such as thoughts of self-harm.You have been diagnosed with a serious problem with drugs or alcohol.You have been diagnosed with a major depressive disorder at any point in your life.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Motivational Therapy Aftercare
- Group 2: Dual Recovery Anonymous/Tx as usual

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
