STAR Trial Summary

This trial will study whether giving Buprenorphine/Naloxone to patients in the emergency department who have opioid use disorder will help them improve 1 week, 3 months, and 6 months after treatment starts. They will also study if referring patients to a bridge clinic from the emergency department will help them improve more than if they were just referred to a local waivered physician.
