Inclusion Criteria

I had a stroke in the left side of my brain.
Fluent in English
Consent date >= 1 month after stroke onset

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy
I have seizures that are not under control.
History of dyslexia or other developmental learning disabilities

Timeline

Screening

Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial

2-4 weeks

Treatment

Participants receive excitatory TMS combined with SFA language therapy

8-12 weeks

Follow-up

Participants are monitored for changes in picture naming accuracy after treatment
