This trial is testing whether a common treatment for stroke, endovascular thrombectomy, is effective and safe in patients with extended stroke lesions. Up to 665 subjects will be randomized and followed for 90 days.

- You have a neurological or psychiatric condition that may affect the study's results or make it difficult to evaluate your neurological and functional abilities.You are not expected to live for more than 6 to 12 months.Your ability to perform daily activities was not significantly affected by a recent stroke or neurological condition.You have a condition such as aortic dissection or aneurysm that makes it impossible to use endovascular treatment.You have experienced an ischemic stroke, which means you have symptoms such as difficulty speaking, moving, feeling, thinking, looking, or seeing for at least 30 minutes and have not improved.
- Group 1: Thrombectomy
- Group 2: Best medical care
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
