This trial looks at how music can help reduce stress among East Asian international students.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for East Asian international students over 18 in the US on an F-1 visa, who have been practicing mindfulness for less than a year and living in the US for no more than 3 years. It's not open to those from outside China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, North Korea, South Korea, and Japan.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests if music-based mindfulness can help reduce stress among these students. Participants will be divided into two groups: one will practice music-based mindfulness while the other group won't receive this intervention.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves non-invasive practices like listening to music and mindfulness exercises, significant side effects are not expected.
