Who is the study for?
This trial is for first or second-year medical students at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific-NW who are at least 18 years old. Participants choose to join either the intervention or control group and must attend at least 12 out of 25 sessions. Students on leave or those who withdraw consent will be excluded.Check my eligibility
