This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have a sense of guilt related to a traumatic event that occurred during your military deployment or the recent pandemic.You currently have a serious addiction to drugs or alcohol.You have significant difficulty with thinking and memory.You are currently experiencing thoughts of suicide.You have uncontrolled psychotic or manic episodes.

- Group 2: Supportive Care Therapy
