This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are 17 years old or younger.You have a skin condition or are taking medication that affects the skin.You have a stomach or intestine problem that hasn't gotten better with medicine or surgery.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Healthy participants
- Group 2: Gastrointestinal dysmotility participants
