This trial will study if the Transdiagnostic Intervention for Sleep and Circadian Dysfunction (TranS-C) is a feasible and acceptable treatment for adults with poor sleep and excess weight. The study will also explore if TranS-C improves sleep health and cardiovascular outcomes.
