- I want to improve my sleep quality.I have severe heart disease, including heart failure or irregular heartbeats.I am not on medications that interact badly with the study drugs, like certain blood thinners, steroids over 5mg, or MAOIs.I am 21 years old or older.I am willing to take part in the study without knowing if I'm receiving the actual treatment or a placebo.I have been diagnosed with liver or kidney disease.I want to improve my sleep or reduce my use of sleep medications.You drink three or more alcoholic beverages every day.Your health survey results show that your condition is not very severe.I have used chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or oral anti-infectives in the last 3 months.
