- You have a sleep disorder that is not being treated, except for insomnia.Your sleep schedule is not regular or consistent.You are taking medication that affects your sleep.You have a mental health condition that is not being treated or is not stable.You have ever been diagnosed with a serious mental illness like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.You are currently at risk of harming yourself.You are 18 years old or older.You have been diagnosed with insomnia.
- Group 1: Treatment as usual
- Group 2: Online cognitive behavior therapy
- Group 3: Treatment as usual + Online CBT
- Group 4: Medication
- Group 5: In-person cognitive behavior therapy
- Group 6: No additional treatment
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
