This trial will test a program to teach therapists how to use digital therapy to help people with insomnia.
Who is the study for?
This trial is for licensed mental health clinicians who see patients weekly or biweekly, provide therapy in English, and treat those with depression and/or anxiety. They must be able to involve 1-2 consenting patients as training cases.Check my eligibility

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- I see my doctor every week or every two weeks.I can receive therapy in English.I am being treated for depression and/or anxiety.I can name 1-2 people who agree to participate in my treatment training.
Awards:
This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
