This trial will test a new social media intervention for people who use drugs and have sex with men, to help reduce HIV transmission risk. The intervention includes biomedical and behavioral strategies, like PrEP and MAT.

- I have had anal or oral sex with a man in the last 3 months.I have not used substances and had sex in the last 3 months.You identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.I do not identify as part of a gender or sexual minority.I am not comfortable with an app monitoring my phone's text information for a year.You have not used illegal drugs (like methamphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy) or legal drugs (like alcohol or marijuana) in the past 3 months.I am not comfortable answering questions in English.I do not want to participate in this study.I am 18 years old or older.I identify as a gender minority.I have used substances before sex in the last 3 months.I am younger than 18 years old.I am not willing to do audio-recorded Zoom interviews.I am willing to participate in this study.I am willing to do interviews over Zoom that will be audio-recorded.You have used a specific app for meeting potential sexual and drug use partners within the last 3 months.You have used illegal drugs (like methamphetamine, cocaine, ecstasy) or legal substances (like alcohol or marijuana) in the past three months.
- Group 1: uTECH
- Group 2: Young Men's Health Project (YMHP)
- Group 3: uTECH + Young Men's Health Project (YMHP)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
