This trial will compare the effects of HIIGT vs MICGT in pwMS.
Who is the study for?
This trial is for adults over 18 with Multiple Sclerosis who can walk for 6 minutes, even if they need a device. They must be able to understand and sign a consent form. It's not open to those with heart/lung problems, other neurological or orthopedic conditions, or recent MS flare-ups.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study compares two types of walking exercises: High Intensity Interval Gait Training (HIIGT) which mixes fast walking with rest periods, and Moderate Intensity Continuous Gait Training (MICGT), the usual slower-paced exercise.See study design

This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You can walk continuously for 6 minutes with or without help.You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.People who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.You can walk continuously for 6 minutes, with or without help from a device.You have any heart, lung, bone, or non-MS nerve problems.You have had a recent worsening of your condition.
