- You have a current injury in your leg or foot.You have been regularly participating in strength training for more than 6 months.You are not willing to stop any new physical activities during the study.You have had a hamstring injury in the past year.
- Group 1: Nordic Hamstring Exercise
- Group 2: Romanian Deadlift
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
