Banffy's initial diagnosis was correct, but he went against what we had discussed pre-operation — opting for a less invasive procedure. This was despite the fact that he knew it wouldn't solve the root of the problem. He prescribed me months of expensive physical therapy that did nothing. And when I follow up with him, he would frequently miss the appointment. In the end, he decided that I needed the original procedure after all. So not only was his original suggestion correct, but he also wasted my time and money.
