This trial will test whether adding an intervention that targets the cognitive processes underlying functioning in everyday life, called cognitive remediation (CR), to Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) programs could improve outcomes for people with first-episode psychosis.

- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
