What You Need to Know Before You Apply

What is the purpose of this trial?

This trial tests an online tool called "Talk to Nathan About Prostate Cancer Screening" to determine its effectiveness in helping men make informed decisions about prostate cancer screening. It compares this tool to other standard decision aids and educational materials to identify which most effectively boosts understanding and reduces uncertainty about screening. Men aged 55-69 with an upcoming health exam, internet access, and no current urinary symptoms may be suitable for this study. Participants will use one of the decision aids before visiting their doctor and will complete surveys to provide feedback. As an unphased study, this trial offers a unique opportunity to contribute to research that may enhance decision-making tools for prostate cancer screening.

Do I need to stop my current medications for this trial?
