Who is the study for?
This trial is for black or multiracial men including black, aged 18+, with high-risk prostate cancer. They should meet NCCN guidelines for germline testing and have a significant family history of certain cancers or a diagnosis of aggressive prostate cancer regardless of family history. Men who've already had genetic testing are excluded.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests whether an educational video can increase the completion rates of recommended genetic testing in black patients with high-risk prostate cancer. Participants will watch an educational session and may then undergo genetic testing.See study design

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- I am a man with low to intermediate risk prostate cancer and have a significant family history of cancer.I have undergone genetic testing.I am a man aged 18 or older.My genetic test shows a possible inherited variant.I am a man with high-risk or very high-risk prostate cancer, including if it has spread to lymph nodes or is metastatic.I identify as black or multiracial including black.I qualify for genetic testing based on national cancer guidelines.I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer.
