This trial is studying how well therapy enhances communication and intimacy for men with early stage prostate cancer and for their partners.
Who is the study for?
This trial is for men with early stage prostate cancer who've had surgery within the past year, and their partners. They must live close to the recruitment center, have been together for at least a year, and be able to hear well enough to participate in therapy sessions.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study is testing whether a special therapy program can help improve communication and intimacy between men with early stage prostate cancer and their partners. Participants are randomly placed into groups to either receive this therapy or not.See study design
