- You have upcoming events or medical orders that affect your sleep, physical activity, or diet.You have problems with sleep, eating, or physical activity.Only caregivers or family members of patients with prostate cancer are eligible to participate in the study.
- Group 1: Single Arm Prospective Study
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"This clinical study seeks to observe the Change in Insomnia Severity Index Score over a 3 month period. Secondary objectives, such as assessing device-based step counts per day with ActiLife software and measuring self-reported total physical activity MET-minutes per day using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire short form (IPAQ-SF), will also be taken into account."
